Kaze Booking is an online booking platform for hotels and guest houses. The platform is based in Burundi and is managed by the company MEGA CUSTOMER CENTER whose head office is located at Bvd du Patrice Lumumba, Paride-Sella apartment in Bujumbura City Hall.
Any hotel owner can make the rooms of his hotel visible on kaze booking to allow visitors to make the reservation in case of their needs. For each room, the customer finds a calendar which is dynamic, which shows the availability for each day.
Hotel or Guest House on Kaze Booking
Kaze booking allows several owners of hotels or guest houses to make the visibility of their services allowing visitors to make reservations online. Currently, this visibility costs nothing for the owners, they simply receive appointments from customers through Kaze Booking.
Book on Kaze Booking
The customer who wants to make the reservation of a room or a guest house on Kaze Booking must follow the following steps:
- Select the hotel in which you want to stay.
- Browse the rooms to select which one you prefer and which is available for the desired date.
- After identifying the desired dates, put the number of days and visitors to see the bill. Follow the payment steps to complete the reservation
Means of payment
The currency in which payment is made for the reservation is the US dollar. The reservation is automatic when you pay with AfriPay.
If you pay with Bank, you must send us a photo of the remittance slip on our WhatsApp number indicated on the invoice so that we can validate the reservation.

The amount that the customer pays for the reservation on Kaze Booking is not part of the amount required for the stay in the room, nor that of additional services to the customer’s stay in the hotel. It is not even the advance for the stay in the hotel, it is a booking fee dedicated to the Kaze Booking platform, it is a lump sum that depends on the time and value of the currency used.
The customer have to pay the booking fee before going to the hotel venue for the stay in order for their booking to be validated on Kaze Booking.
